Jennifer Herin Selvester, 32, died on Sunday, April 18, 2010, hours after fulfilling her dream of giving birth a beautiful daughter. Her life was defined by her love of nursing, her family, and her God. She opened her heart, shared her knowledge and skills, and inspired nursing students at UT Health Science Center at San Antonio. She loved unconditionally and nurtured strong relationships. She was a loyal, loving daughter. She was the best wife and mommy her Lovie Bear, Sugar Bear, and Honey Bear could ask for. She loved God and people, embodying the spirit of a humble servant. Jennifer is survived by her husband, Bob and children Caleb, Joshua, and Bailey; Lucy; her parents Ginger and Dave Baer, and Buddy and Nova Herin; her siblings Jason and April Herin, Stephanie and Jason Ashley, Elysia and Phillip Oâ??Rear, and Kristyn Baer; grandparents Jimmie and Barbara Lanphier and Curtis and Ethel Baer; a large, close-knit extended family; and countless friends. Now, she is in the arms of her Savior, praising Him.
